Leadership coaching and mentoring is about helping you to be the best leader that you can be. It is aimed at growing your leadership capacity and can be thought provoking and challenging.

It is for people who may be:

•new to leadership

•in a newly formed team

•facing challenges

•applying for leadership positions

•keen to grow and develop themselves as leaders

As a Teacher, Head Teacher and Local Leader of Education I have a great deal of experience of leadership. I have been a successful leader myself and have helped many future leaders to fulfil their potential.

Leadership coaching and mentoring can:

•Help identify your strengths and development needs

•Give you the confidence to lead and guide others

•Challenge you and overcome your own limiting beliefs

•Empower you to become a good leader

Mentoring is also available and draws upon my own considerable experience and studies.
